A Note to Our Guests About the Coronavirus

The health and safety of every customer and our staff is of the utmost importance to us at Wild Ace. The spread of COVID-19 has generated understandable concerns in our community, and we want you to rest assured when dining with us or ordering takeout, that we have taken every possible precaution to ensure continued safe practices.

Steps we are taking to provide a safe environment:

• Consistently cleaning and disinfecting all items that are commonly touched (doorknobs, tables, chairs, menus, games, POS stations, etc.)
• We have removed table condiments and replaced with individual portion packets (ketchup, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper etc.)
• Have increased our schedule of sanitizing commonly touched surfaces
• Are reinforcing our strict hand-washing policy to ensure that all employees thoroughly wash their hands routinely
• Have placed additional sanitizer in shared spaces
• Are discouraging all personal contact within our restaurants, including shaking hands
• Are following CDC policy for employees that may show symptoms of any illness to stay home or seek medical care
• Are monitoring all recommended procedures, which includes contacting vendors, local authorities, reviewing the CDC website
• We ask that you accompany any children to the restroom to ensure they are also carefully washing hands with warm water and soap
